Leduc County Council has reappointed Tanni Doblanko as Mayor, giving the county continuity in leadership as it works through growth planning, road maintenance investment, and the 2026 budget priorities.
UFA Breaks Ground on New Distribution Centre Near Leduc
UFA celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 200,000 sq. ft. distribution centre with 17 acres of yard space just south of Edmonton near Leduc, expected to open this fall and bring new jobs to the region.

Beaumont's Growth Fuels New Innovation Park
Beaumont remains one of Alberta's fastest-growing communities, now home to more than 26,000 residents. Alberta's 2026 budget commits $39 million toward site servicing for a new Innovation Park focused on transportation, logistics, and tech and local neighbourhood Elan was named Canada's Best New Community in 2024.
Beaumont Building Economic Momentum
The city has approved 75,000+ square feet of new commercial space, set to bring a brand-new grocery store and auto services to town.
